How it works

From files to upload-ready CSV in four steps

  1. 1

    Add your API key

Paste a free Gemini, Groq, Mistral or OpenRouter key, or a paid OpenAI or Claude key. Add several and they rotate automatically.

  2. 2

    Drop your files

JPG, PNG, WebP, SVG, video, or EPS and AI files with a matching preview. Add a set theme for a series.

  3. 3

    Generate and review

Every title, keyword list and category lands in an editable table. Length, count, duplicate and banned-word checks run live.

  4. 4

    Export

Download a CSV for each marketplace, or a ZIP with the metadata written inside your files.

Platforms

One run, a CSV for every marketplace

Each export follows that marketplace’s own column order and separator, so the file uploads without editing.

Adobe Stock

Filename, Title, Keywords, Category, Releases. Category numbers chosen by the AI.

Shutterstock

Description, keywords and two category names from the official list.

Freepik

Semicolon file with Title, Keywords, Prompt and Model for AI content.

iStock / Getty

Title, description and keywords.

General CSV

A clean universal file for any other marketplace.

Features

Built around how contributors actually work

Set themes for series

Name the series once. Every file gets the shared theme keywords and its own unique title.

Smart key rotation

Hit a rate limit and the next key takes over. Optional fallback provider when all keys are busy.

Rules that stick

Title length, keyword count and comma rules, with an automatic second pass when the AI misses them.

Banned word filter

Words like AI, vector, EPS or copy space are removed from keywords and flagged in titles. Edit the list to suit you.

Keyword phrases kept whole

“Coloring page” and “line art” stay as phrases, ordered with the ten most important first.

Metadata inside your files

Export JPG, PNG and SVG files with title, description and keywords embedded, ready for any portal that reads them.

Prompt generator

Get a detailed prompt for every image, ready for Freepik’s prompt field or for making variations.

Private by design

Files and keys stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to TagStockAI.

Good to know

AI can make mistakes. Read every title and keyword before you submit, and follow each marketplace’s rules for AI content, model releases and trademarks. TagStockAI does not control whether a file is accepted.

FAQ

Questions contributors ask

Is TagStockAI really free?

Yes. Add your own API key and you can process as many files as you like. You only pay your AI provider if you pick a paid model. Google Gemini, Groq, Mistral and OpenRouter all offer free tiers. A paid plan that works without any key is coming soon.

Where are my API keys stored?

Only in your own browser. Requests go straight from your browser to the AI provider, so your keys never touch our server. You can add several keys per provider and remove them at any time.

Can I upload EPS or AI vector files?

Browsers cannot display EPS or AI files. Upload a JPG or PNG preview with the same file name (for example flower-01.jpg next to flower-01.eps). The CSV will use your vector file name. If you only upload previews, set the export extension to .eps in the file naming settings.

Why are Adobe Stock titles set to 70 characters?

Adobe’s official CSV guide limits titles to 70 characters, so longer titles may be cut. The default range is 55–70 characters. You can change it in the metadata rules.

Should I still mark my files as AI generated?

Yes. Most marketplaces require you to tick their AI or generative-AI box when you upload. TagStockAI keeps words like “AI” out of keywords because keywords should describe what is in the picture, not the tool that made it.

Does it work with videos?

Yes. The generator takes several frames from each MP4, MOV or WebM clip and writes metadata that describes the action, not a single still.

What is inside the ZIP export?

Your JPG, PNG and SVG files with the title, description and keywords written inside the file (XMP), plus a CSV for every platform you selected.

What is a set theme?

When you upload a series, such as twenty Ramadan coloring pages, type the series name as the set theme. The AI then treats each file as part of the set, adds the theme keywords where they fit, and writes a different title for every file.
